Job Role – Attraction Cast
We are looking for entertainers to join our team and take our guests on the journey of Scouse of Horrors! Cast members are the face of the Attraction, responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting them to the venue before entertaining them on the whole journey through Scouse of Horrors. For this role, you should have solid organisational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. Ultimately, you’ll ensure we provide excellent customer service, fantastic entertainment and a pleasant and fun experience to our guests. You will be energetic, interact with the customer and ensure the event runs smoothly and to the standard set.
Job Role- Retail Staff
Are you friendly and do you have great customer service skills? We are searching for team members to assist with daily operations within the Attraction Gift Store. As a retail team member your responsibilities would include assisting with accepting deliveries, re-stocking and merchandising the store. Proactively approaching customers to offer assistance and operating till points will be your daily priority tasks. You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working with children and be a great team player.
